Surrey-based Cleankill Pest Control has started 2024 with celebrations after being awarded the Gold Investors in People accreditation for the third time.
No other pest control company in England has retained the Gold accreditation three times and Cleankill joins an elite group of businesses in other sectors that have achieved the treble.
I’m pleased to report we recently retained our Gold Investors in People Award following an exhaustive audit. We were the first English pest control company to receive gold certification, in 2018. It’s therefore wonderful to know our commitment to staff development hasn’t dropped in the intervening years.

I had some very bad experiences with customer service recently and I did have an entire blog drafted in my mind about the importance of putting the customer first but then we had some great news. In fact, we have had three pieces of great news in the last couple of weeks and so the customer service blog will have to wait until next month. No other pest control companies have achieved either Silver or Gold Investors in People. Three years ago Cleankill achieved the Bronze level – the first company it its sector to do so – and decided to build on that success by aiming for the next level.
