Cleankill Pest Control’s Managing Director Paul Bates will participate in a panel of experts discussing how they help their teams thrive and the benefits this creates for their customers at this year's PestEx.
Paul Bates knows everything there is to know about the pest control industry and hasn’t looked back since starting his career as a pest control technician in 1981. Paul joined Cleankill in 1997 as Managing Director and has helped the company grow to the success it is today. Paul is no stranger to sharing his knowledge with the industry and is eager to take part in the expert panel at PestEx next month.
Paul will be joined by Chris Cagienard (Pest Solutions), Natalie Bungay (PestForce), and Martin Rose-King (Bounty Pest Control). The panel will discuss effective onboarding, CPD and incentive strategies as well as retention and engagement tips.
