Cleankill is proud to announce that the company will be sponsoring the table wine at the Seahaven Business Awards once again this year.
The Seahaven Business Awards are organised by the Newhaven Chamber of Commerce (in association with Seaford and Peacehaven & Telscombe Chambers of Commerce), of which Cleankill has been a proud member for over 20 years. Following multiple wins in the Small Business category, Cleankill was approached by the Chamber to become an event sponsor. Since then the pest control company have been proud sponsors of the table wine, with the tipple usually being red or white. The branding on the bottle of wine is always pest control themed and gets more creative year after year, with last year’s being ‘Chateau Souris’ (meaning mouse in French).

Competition at this year’s awards was particularly intense, with 450 nominations received from 89 companies. An expert panel then undertook the challenging task of narrowing these down to the final shortlist. This year’s panel consists of Ana Christie (CEO of Sussex Chamber of Commerce) and the three Chamber of Commerce Presidents from Seaford, Newhaven and Peacehaven (Councillor Leslie Boniface will now be standing in for James MacCleary, MP, and Councillor Paul Davies is standing in for Chris Ward, MP).

The glittering awards ceremony will take place on Friday 8th May at the Amex Stadium and will include a reception and a two-course dinner before the seven awards are announced. The celebrity host for the event is John Young, a BBC presenter and reporter for over 30 years.
