What can we say about these small, cute, timorous beasties? Well, we can start with their wee, which drips everywhere as they run around, or their droppings, which drop everywhere, or their teeth, which are sharp and which they like chewing with. But you probably know all that!
Mice are very, very common. The House mouse is the usual suspect, because it lives, oddly enough, almost exclusively indoors. Mice are mostly, although not exclusively, nocturnal. Being small is an advantage to them. They can squeeze through very small gaps, under doors or around pipes, to get to all sorts of interesting places.
So, what do you need to do?
Some people are happy putting their own traps down, but forget the cheese. Try chocolate instead. Everyone likes chocolate. Well, nearly everyone. Alternatively, you could call us. Mice spend a lot of time looking for food, so baiting or trapping, or both, is the best way to go. If you’ve got young children or pets, we’ll make sure that baits are inaccessible and located in locked boxes, for safety.
